You hereby give Lucy The Wonder Dog, LLC, or it's assigns, the absolute right to use and or copyright the photographs submitted for the DOG BYTES Photo Contest for any lawful purpose whatsoever in any and all forms of media. All submitted photos become the non-exclusive property of Lucy The Wonder Dog, LLC.
You hereby waive any right that you may have to inspect or approve the finished product(s), if any, that use this photo(s) or to claim any compensation resulting from the use of the photo(s) you submit.

All prizes are awarded "as is" and can not be refunded or exchanged. Lucy The Wonder Dog, LLC reserves the right to cancel this contest at any time for any reason. Lucy The Wonder Dog and DOG BYTES are copyrighted by Lucy The Wonder Dog, LLC, 1995 - 2006.
This release agreement shall be in effect as of September 1, 2006 and is in lieu of all other contracts or agreements, whether written or verbal, expressed or implied. Any and all legal disputes resulting from this contest will be settled by the laws governing the County of Essex in the State of New Jersey, USA. This contest is void where prohibited. By submitting your photo(s) you also claim to be at least 18 years of age.
WHAT TO SUBMIT
Along with your digital photo (JPG or GIF ONLY), please submit the following information in your email:
- Your first and last name
- Dog's name
- Dog's age
- Dog's city, state, country
- Two-five line story or anecdote about your dog
