In order to participate in the DOG BYTES Photo Contest, all submissions MUST be accompanied with this release completely filled out and signed below. Photos must be sent via email and then this form needs to be printed, filled out and snail mailed separately. Any photos received without this release will not be considered. To submit your entry, print out this form, sign it and mail it to: Lucy The Wonder Dog, DOG BYTES Photo Contest, 8 Windsor Place, Montclair, NJ 07043, USA.

All submitted photos become the property of Lucy The Wonder Dog, LLC.
I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect or approve the finished product(s), if any, that use this photo(s) or to claim any compensation resulting from the use of the photo(s) I submit.
DISCLAIMER: All prizes are awarded "as is" and can not be refunded or exchanged. Lucy The Wonder Dog, LLC reserves the right to cancel this contest at any time for any reason. Lucy The Wonder Dog and DOG BYTES are copyrighted by Lucy The Wonder Dog, LLC, 1995 - 2003.

This release agreement shall be in effect as of the date of my signature below, and is in lieu of all other contracts or agreements, whether written or verbal, expressed or implied. Any and all legal disputes resulting from this contest will be settled by the laws governing the County of Essex in the State of New Jersey, USA. This contest is void where prohibited. By signing this agreement, I also claim to be at least 18 years of age.
