Brew
If Brew has to go outside to relieve himself during the late hours of the night or wee hours of the morning, he will sit by my side of the bed and actually sigh until he wakes me up. He never barks, just sighs. He knows that I will always hear him and wake up. Brew never goes to my husband's side of the bed because he knows that my husband will never wake up.
When I tell my daughter that it is time for bed, Brew will go to her bedroom and wait to be lifted onto her bed so he can go to sleep too. He loves sleeping on our beds as opposed to his bed. When I say "it's bedtime", off he goes and sits on the floor waiting to be put to bed. Brew probably thinks that I am saying "it's bedtime" to him.
